Hello friend…!

We want to tell you, in few words, why you made a good choice by looking at our web site today.

Two reasons:

1. Ease of reservation for your vacation, with one click you are on the page that you can email with your requirements.
2. The properties we have for your holiday – we own them, we rent out our own investments.

Let us explain a little further.

In the summer of 2002 four friends (family) went to Spain for few weeks and we searched the coast for properties to invest from Girona on Costa Brava to Marbella on Costa del Sol.

We were looking at the land through internet for 3-4 years before that, we made 30-40 appointments with Real Estate vendors all along the Spanish Coast to see properties when will be there. We told them all we are coming, we called them one by one when we drove closer, we must have seen at that time countless number of properties, some finished, some at development stage but all at or close to the sea.

I can tell you a lot about these days… to make it short, we set out hearts on Costa Blanca for reasons of beauty and affordability; we felt that Costa del Sol is expensive and overdeveloped, as well, Costa Brava is extremely expensive and the climate is a little colder. At least that’s how we felt about at the time…
You have to understand our frame of mind; in all this time we were looking at everything from YOUR point of view, the Customer!

?Where will a family, or two lovers, or a bunch of friends from Finland or England or any other country want to spend their hard earned money in a 2-3 weeks holiday???

Well, in one of the warmest possible spots of Europe, in an environmentally healthy area, close to the sea, close to entertainment and with lots of things to see and visit within easy driving distance. Also safe, quiet, new… :):)

Well my friends, the highest marks were scored on the Costa Blanca by a little resort town called Cabo Roig.

Cabo Roig is an up-and-coming resort town, relatively all new, situated in the BEST environmental area of this planet according to WHO, between Torrevieja with its salt lakes and Mar Menor, the biggest salt lake of Europe. Truly friend, you can’t ask for better than that!!!

These are lots to see and visit, to many places to mention…

The apartments we bought are close to the shore, they were affordable (in 2002) because they were still on drawing plans only, the construction was finished in 2004,

One of the very few new developments close to the water, left in 2002. I don’t think there is anything left today, I mean close to the water, all developments taking place now are inland and I mean for the entire coast of Spain!

Now I would like to go back to the two points mentioned at the beginning.

1- We looked at hundreds of web sites in last few years. We didn’t like the fact that on most you have to look and click 10 times in order to reach a place that you might like. It’s frustrating!

So we created a web site where you can find most of the information on 1st page, at the bottom of it you click to send your requirements.

We don’t waste your time with a fancy reservation page with lots of questions that you can see on most web sites. Just tell us in your own words what dates you want, how many people, ages… that’s all. TIME IS MONEY!!!

To look for a spot to spend your holiday shouldn’t be frustrating!

2 – We rent properties that we own, we don’t make money letting someone else property. This is important because we put our money down hopping that you will like your choice just as we liked them when we bought there.

We might take 1 or 2 or 3 properties from someone else in the future to manage, but rest assured that will be at or better quality than what we have today because… simply we want you to be happy, we want you to go back home and tell your friends that you had a good time, that you paid a reasonable price…
